Diploma and Diploma Supplement

Once you have finished your education, you will receive a diploma.  

This certificate documentes that you have completed the eduacation. The diploma, and the Diploma Supplement will be sent to your e-boks no later than 5 days after graduation. 

As an appendix to the certificate UCL issues a Diploma Supplement in English, which, in accordance with the standard model developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO, describes the education and provides information about UCL and about its and the programme's place in the Danish education system.

Grade transscripts

As a student, you can get a transcript of your assessments or confirmation of enrolment. You can find the transcripts on nemStudie or from Itslearning. 

Study documents

At the end of your studies, you have 30 days of full access to UCL's network and various services, including your UCL email, Itslearning, Google Drive, Internship Portal, etc. Your access will be closed after the 30 days. 
If you have information in these places, which you wish to retrieve or orient yourself in, for example, grades transscripts, material from lessons, syllabus lists, assignments etc., this must be done within the 30 days from the end of your studies. 

UCL is not obliged to be able to retrieve for you, what you have had access to or saved, if you later need it, for example further education or documentation for work abroad.  

Contact Student Services in case of errors

Pleace contact Student Services, if you do not receive your diploma in e-boks of if you think there are errors in the certificate.
