Do you know someone who is contemplating suicide?
If another person tells you about contemplating suicide, always take it seriously.
Keep in mind that you are not alone, and that one way to help is to arrange for that person to get professional support.
Call 112 or 114 (police) if an emergency arises or if you are not sure what to do. It is better to ask for help once too often than to fail to ask that one last time.
