UCL does not tolerate bullying and harassment among students or between staff and students.

The rules regarding bullying and harassment apply on UCL property and on social media and platforms made available by UCL.

Sexisme and sexual misconduct

UCL prioritizes a thorough and serious reaction to all requests for help from students in cases of sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, or a culture of sexism at UCL.

If you have experienced sexism or sexual misconduct during your studies or internship, you should report it to UCL so that we may help you.

You may ask for our help if you need guidance in cases where you are not certain whether sexism or sexual misconduct occurred.

Where to get help?

You have several options:

  • Your programme manager or programme coordinator
  • Your programme guidance officer
  • Your internship coordinator in cases involving violations occurring during your internship or clinical practicum work.
  • HR crisis team: If you seek help from HR, staff will guide you and manage the response to your case. HR will always be neutral and impartial. The HR crisis team may be reached at 20 57 99 25 on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm or at HRkrisevagt@ucl.dk.
